Football fans are some of the most affable fans around, as they come together throughout the course of the game – so long as you are cheering for the same team. In the case that you are not, well, than there may be a problem. All kidding aside though, I believe that once you are a football fan, you are a football fan for life. When it comes to the game, there are a variety of things that football fans know, including the rules of the game and all about the players and the teams that the player is rooting for.
Learning about these aspects of the game can be simple; becoming a dedicated fan is often not. Becoming a dedicated fan takes time; many hours spent waiting to get tickets to that all-important home game and planning trips with friends to see the away games. Through hours spent watching, talking about and following your favorite football team, than you can consider yourself a fan.
